Bel Air Road guest house
This elegant, ground up two-story guest house was designed by KAA Design Group as a complementary addition to a Mediterranean Bel Air estate. The 3,800 square foot guest house married the old with the new using the latest innovations in technology along with reclaimed materials. The reclaimed beams were hand-hewn and brought in from New York. The solid marble soaking tub required a crane and significant manpower to hoist to the second floor master bathroom. The custom steel doors pocket to expose an expansive view of the Bel Air hillside and the steel windows bring natural light streaming into all the rooms.
