Darlington Residence
This 3,850 square foot gut renovation of a Spanish Colonial Revival home in Brentwood included an addition to the second floor. The renovation and addition created and new Kitchen, Family Room, Library, Master Suite and stunning curved staircase all in keeping with the exist language of the home’s Spanish Colonial Revival style. Marrying the indoor to the outdoor is a characteristic of the style especially in Southern California. Drake General Contractor restored three exterior fountains and hand-crafted custom tile work to bring the Spanish Colonial touches to the outside living spaces, as well.
