Le Parc Residence
The 3,000 square foot gut renovation of this Century City condominium created all new common spaces, raised the height of existing door, provided sound-proof floors, a new kitchen, and all new bathrooms. While adhering to condo boards and strict requirements can be a challenge, Drake General Contractor has extensive experience navigating those challenges. Hence, this project is one of many renovations DGC has lead in this building.
