Oakhurst Residence
This extensive renovation to this 2,500 square foot condominium in Beverly Hills required nimble coordination working within the guidelines and requirements of a high-end condominium. The work to the apartment included adding a new kitchen, all new bathrooms, laundry, master suite and an outdoor patio. The apartment features a steel spiral staircase, exposed brick, custom millwork throughout and the addition of a low voltage system.
