The second renovation of this 5,500-square-foot Paul R. Williams home in Brentwood encompassed a series of refined updates and thoughtful enhancements.

The living spaces gained new paneling and crown molding throughout and two fireplaces’ were refreshed to bring both warmth and architectural presence. The living room features new bifold doors to open seamlessly to the garden, and a wet bar with antique mirrors and custom shelving. The downstairs powder bath now features a custom pedestal sink. To complete the transformation, the hand-laid cobblestone driveway was refreshed, preserving its timeless character while elevating the home’s arrival experience.
